The Living Word Christian Center is a Bible-believing Christian church located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This website serves as our digital home — a welcoming place where visitors, members, and seekers can learn about our church, watch services and messages, explore our ministries, submit prayer requests, and give to support God's work. We built this site to make it easy for anyone in our community to discover who we are, find service times, plan a visit, and connect with our church family.
Our church is for everyone — lifelong believers, those new to faith, and anyone searching for a community where they can belong and grow. We are led by Bishop Willie J. Sutton Jr., who shepherds our congregation with a passion for the Word of God and a heart for people. Together, our pastors, ministry leaders, and volunteers work to fulfill our calling: to glorify God and advance His Kingdom through worship, outreach, and discipleship.

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to glorify God and to promote His cause through worship, Gospel preaching, Evangelism, Biblical education, spiritual nurturing, and outreach.
What We Believe
The foundation of our faith, drawn from the Word of God.
Of the Scriptures
We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men who were divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit and God as its author. It is without error and has salvation for its end and reveals the principles by which all believers are to live.
Of the True God
We believe that there is only one living and true God, infinite and inexpressibly glorious in holiness, who through His divine wisdom has chosen to express Himself in the persons, of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost; equal in every divine perfection and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.
Of the Way of Salvation
We believe that the salvation of the sinner is wholly of grace; through the mediatorial offices of the Son of God who is Jesus the Christ and that there is no other name given to men by which he can be saved.
Of Baptism
We believe that Believers baptism is the immersion in water into the name of the Father, and Son, and Holy Ghost to show in a solemn and beautiful emblem, our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior.
Of the World to Come
We believe that the end of this world will one day come; that in the last day Christ will descend from heaven and raise the dead from the grave first and those in Christ who are alive will be caught up to meet him in the air and forever be with Him.
