The Living Word Christian Center is a Bible-believing church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, grounded in the truth of Scripture and the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We exist to glorify God, proclaim His Word, and make disciples of all nations. Our community is built on the unshakable foundation of God's revealed truth, and we welcome every person who seeks to know Him more deeply.
We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God — the supreme authority for faith and life. We believe in one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone, and that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.
As a church family, we are devoted to worship, prayer, the teaching of the Word, fellowship, and outreach. We practice believer's baptism by immersion as a public testimony of faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior. We observe the Lord's Supper in remembrance of His sacrifice. We look with hope to the return of Christ and the promise of eternal life with Him.

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to glorify God and to promote His cause through worship, Gospel preaching, Evangelism, Biblical education, spiritual nurturing, and outreach.
The foundation of our faith, drawn from the Word of God.
We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men who were divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit and God as its author. It is without error and has salvation for its end and reveals the principles by which all believers are to live.
We believe that there is only one living and true God, infinite and inexpressibly glorious in holiness, who through His divine wisdom has chosen to express Himself in the persons, of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost; equal in every divine perfection and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.
We believe that the salvation of the sinner is wholly of grace; through the mediatorial offices of the Son of God who is Jesus the Christ and that there is no other name given to men by which he can be saved.
We believe that Believers baptism is the immersion in water into the name of the Father, and Son, and Holy Ghost to show in a solemn and beautiful emblem, our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior.
We believe that the end of this world will one day come; that in the last day Christ will descend from heaven and raise the dead from the grave first and those in Christ who are alive will be caught up to meet him in the air and forever be with Him.
